About Us
CARESC Pharmacy, LLC, was founded in 2003, by Georgetown County natives Raymond Paschal, R.Ph. and Randy Reames, R.Ph. Having worked together in chain pharmacies for over 20 years, Raymond and Randy decided to form an independent pharmacy that could serve their community with respect, loyalty, and care it so greatly deserved. At CARESC Pharmacy, LLC, we strive to be in tune with the changing needs of our customers. Providing care beyond filling prescriptions, our friendly pharmacist and staff can also assist you with vaccinations, home medical equipment, diabetic counseling, special home deliveries, and more.

Raymond Paschal, R.Ph.
Raymond is a Georgetown, SC, native, received his degree from the University of South Carolina in 1979, has been a registered pharmacist since 1980, and is a founding member of CareSC Pharmacy, LLC, in Georgetown, SC. Raymond is a Board Member of the SC Medical Equipment Services Association (SCMESA) and a Board Member of the Georgetown County Diabetes CORE Group. Raymond is a member of and Luminary for the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Networks (CPESN); a Diabetes Educator at CareSC Pharmacy, LLC, which is recognized by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) as a Diabetes Self-Management Education/Support (DSME/S) facility; a Lifestyle Coach with the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP).
Anthony Ellis, PharmD
Dr. Ellis, from Andrews, SC, earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from USC in 2000, and has been with CareSC Pharmacy since 2005.
Frances Belser, PharmD
Frances earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina in 2015. She joined the CareSC team in 2020 and has a passion for ensuring every patient has a high-quality experience. She is an active member and deacon of her church, Williamsburg Presbyterian. Frances currently resides in Kingstree, SC, with her husband, Edwin and two dogs, Duke and King.
Jen Renfer, PharmD
Jenn is originally from Hazelton, PA. She earned her degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and has been living and practicing pharmacy in South Carolina since 2008.
